What is the best camcorder canon xm2 or sony dcrvx2100?

hi i seem to have narrowed down my search for a decent semi pro mini dv camcorder to shoot short films and film poems to these two- anyone want to help me decide what is the best one or indeed any other offers man ythnaks for yr help
