i bought this camera privately , i didn't get the software to transfer my videos to my pc and ive gone to jvc site and cant seem to find it i bought software from ebay the software everio power cinema something , that didn't recognize my camera videos or even my camera as a everio its a mini-dv 870u it sees my memory card reads that fine just no videos ? can someone forward my the link to the proper software download that would normally come with the camera?
